Terms and Conditions "Obligation-free quote!" competition

  1. The promoters of the competition are Ackermans a division of Pepkor Trading (Pty) Ltd (“Ackermans”) and CompariSure Financial Services (Pty)
  2. The name of the competition is “Obligation-free Funeral Cover Quote!” (“the Competition”).
  3. The competition will run for twenty (20) weeks from 1 August 2023 up to and including 17 December 2023 (“the Competition Period”).
  4. By completing an obligation-free quote, on the Ackermans WhatsApp channel, for the Ackermans Funeral Cover* product, during the Competition Period, you will be automatically entered into the draw.
  5. Only one completed quote, via WhatsApp, per customer/ID number will be eligible for a

You agree to provide Pepkor with accurate and current information and to maintain and update such information when The information collected by Pepkor may be used to send you information about products, services, and special offers of the various companies in the Pepkor group that may be of interest or value to you. The information may also be processed by Ackermans and other companies in the Pepkor group, any of their operators, agents, and sub-contractors (who may be outside South Africa) on the condition that they will keep such information confidential.

Unless you have consented, Ackermans and the Pepkor group of companies will not sell, exchange, transfer, rent or otherwise make available any personal information about you (such as name, address, email address, telephone, or fax number) to other parties and you indemnify Ackermans and the Pepkor group of companies from any unintentional disclosures of such information to unauthorized persons.
