Kotex Hamper Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This competition (“Competition”) is open to all South African residents aged 18 or over. Employees of CompariSure and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period

The Competition is open from now until Friday, May 31, 2024, at 23:59 SAST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Competition, you must complete the Kotex survey. Completing the survey automatically enters you into the competition for a chance to win one (1) of three (3) Kotex hampers valued at R1500 each.

4. Prizes

There will be three (3) winners in total. Each winner will receive one (1) Kotex hamper valued at R1500.

5. Winner Selection

The winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw. We will attempt to contact the winners via the email address provided during the survey. If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within 5 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Claiming

The prize will be transfered to the bank account provided by winner/s.

8. General Conditions

By entering the Competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. CompariSure reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

CompariSure accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.

The decision of CompariSure in all matters relating to the Competition is final and binding.

CompariSure will use your personal information only for the purpose of administering this Competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here: https://rather.chat/privacy-policy/.

10. Publicity

The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Competition.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

This Competition is governed by the laws of South Africa.
